Avoca Beach House features include four spacious bedrooms and a smaller fifth bedroom, three bathrooms plus a powder room. The living areas are generous and open out on to a fabulous deck facing the beach.
With a king-size bed in the main bedroom, queen beds in the second and third bedrooms and two king singles in the fourth, there is enough room for family and friends to stay. Bedroom five doubles as a study and has a double pull-out sofa bed.

Entry to Avoca Beach House is by security gates with intercom and once inside visitors can park in the double lock-up garage or off-street parking for a further two cars.
