At Avoca Beach House Restaurant, we cater for large groups by offering a selection of set menus to suit any taste and budget.
To ensure you and your guests are looked after within reasonable time, we offer a set menu for groups of 11 or more.
For group bookings over 16 we offer a 2 or 3 course option with alternate drop for mains (plus dietary requirements).
SET MENU OPTION 1
Available for lunch ONLY
A selection of 6 tapas to share $62pp
Set Menu Option 2
Available for lunch and dinner, plus group bookings 16 and over
2 courses $65pp (option for dessert or entree)
3 courses $75pp
For your entrée, please select your 3 choices of Tapas from the Set Menu 1 Option 1 menu. These will be served to your table for sharing.

Dietary Requirements
We are able to accommodate any number of dietary requirements. Please inform us at the time of making your booking.
Menu Changes
Our head chef and his team can customise any set menu to individual requirements. If you require this, we recommend meeting with our head chef to discuss the options he can offer. These changes may require adjustments to your price per guest. You will be advised of this at the meeting with our team.
Let us know if you are bringing a cake
Let us know if you are bringing a cake instead of a dessert option. A $5 cake-age fee will apply which includes, presenting with candles, cutting, plating and a scoop of ice cream, or $3 with no ice-cream.
Please note:
These packages are for parties of 50 guests minimum. For smaller weddings we can arrange a meeting with the chef to provide some menu options and alternative drinks packages.
Group Bookings Terms & Conditions
• For groups of 11 or more, we require your party to pre-order their menu to help ensure your event is enjoyable and runs smoothly.
• We require a $20 holding booking fee per person. This is only a holding fee and is not charged to your account.
• For some larger group bookings, you may have the option, or we may require, a deposit via invoice payment.
• If you need to cancel your event, we require 10 days' notice. Otherwise, the holding/deposit fee will be charged.
• Menus and final guest numbers must be emailed 7 days prior to the event.
• Full payment for the set menu can be taken on the night. Bills can be split equally between a maximum of 6 payments.
• Drinks purchased will be added to the bill. Alternatively, we can offer one separate bill for drinks.
• Lunch group booking times can be flexible based on seasonal trade. During peak trading periods, we offer 11:30am–2pm or 2:15pm–4:30pm.
• Evening group booking times are 5pm–7pm and 7:15pm–close. During the low season, we can be flexible with times.
• All group bookings are for 2 hours. Where possible, we will extend your time at the table.
• Table decorations and balloons are welcome for birthday parties and other celebrations. Glittery or small table decorations that could end up in food or the ocean are not permitted.
• All table decorations must be taken away at the end of your time at the table.
• We have a fully licensed bar offering a selection of cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks. No BYO.
• Avoca Beach House enforces the responsible service of alcohol. Management reserves the right to remove any guest if we believe liquor laws have been breached.
• Avoca Beach House reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage or theft to property caused by anti-social behaviour.

We take your dietary requirements seriously, therefore please advise our team of your needs.
Please be mindful that a 10% surcharge will apply on Sunday and 15% on Public Holidays.
Credit Card purchases will incur a 1.25% surcharge.
